Well then this is an opportunity for you. Join us after the second service in Pierce Hall and we’ll decide as we assemble what we want to do together. It’ll be up to all of us to decide! Abby Jones will post up by the Welcome Table in Pierce Hall starting at about 12:45pm, so look for her nametag to find the group. Questions? Contact Abby. RSVP on Facebook here.

Friday, October 5th – Sunday, October 7th – Jubilee Anti-Racism Training
Do you wish to nurture your congregation’s multicultural future in the face of opposing cultural currents? Do you wish to deepen your understanding of how race and ethnicity play out in our institutions (including All Souls Church) and our daily lives? Jubilee Anti-Racism Training helps participants understand what is involved in nurturing a multicultural community and working against racism in all its forms. The workshop requires a weekend commitment (2.5 days); it is worth every minute of that commitment. The workshop is open to members of any Unitarian Universalist congregation, although All Souls members are particularly encouraged to participate. $160 per participant (includes cost for trainers, meals and materials). Contributions in support of this work are welcome. Fri., Oct. 5 (6–10 pm); Sat., Oct. 6 (9 am – 9 pm); Sun., Oct. 7 (8:30 am – 5 pm), All Souls Church. Register here.
